To redeem a gift code, kindly go to Settings > Gift Code.


If you did not receive a newsletter after 24 hours or unable to redeem a gift code, kindly send us an email at support@cloverfigames.com with the email address you used or with the gift code you're trying to redeem.


If your ads are not working, kindly go to Settings > Found a Bug > Ads > Consent. If the ads still didn't work, it might be an issue with our third-party ad provider. Please try again later.


If you're on Android device, please try resetting your device's Advertising ID. On your Android device, go to Settings > Privacy > Ads > Reset Advertising ID. If the ads still didn't work, it might be an issue with our third-party ad provider. Please try again later.


If you are using Cloud Save, please try uninstalling and installing Window Garden. Open the app, log in using the same account, and wait for 2-5 minutes to allow it to fetch your last working save from the Cloud.


If the issue happens on a specific ad, kindly send us an email at support@cloverfigames.com with the ad that causes the issue.


On your old phone, open Window Garden. In the Main Menu, tap Login. After successfully logging in, manually save your data by going to Settings > Cloud Save.

On your new phone, uninstall and install Window Garden. Log in using the same account. Wait for 2-5 minutes to allow it to log in and load your data. This should get your saved data from your old phone.

Please note that Cloud Save currently works on Android to Android, and iOS to iOS devices only.


If uninstalling and reinstalling didn't resolve the issue, your Cloud Save may not have your latest progress or might have been overwritten with corrupted data. Unfortunately, in such cases, we are unable to restore the data anymore. I deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Kindly restart your game to ensure no corrupted data remains. Please note that this will reset your progress to the beginning.

  • Option 1: Go to Settings > Found a Bug > Reset Data
  • Option 2: In the Main Menu > App Version (Found on the lower right corner) > Reset Data

If you're on iOS device, kindly check if there is enough storage space in your iCloud account.


Kindly go to Settings > Found a Bug > Reset Data. Be careful! This action cannot be undone.


Kindly go to Keys > Cleanup Room. Please note that it will store all of your items in the room in the Inventory.


Kindly check if you have a plant in your Inventory. Plants can also die in Inventory. Please make sure to take them out and give them sun and water.


To use a pot in a plant, tap the Plant, then tap Repot. Make sure the pot you want to use is in the Inventory.


Sleep Timer automatically closes the app when the time you've set has finished. You can choose the weather, collect resources, or just chill with the lofi music. Sleep, study or work while on Sleep Timer!

You will earn Sleep Rewards when you log back in the game.


To get new keys, please complete all the missions in the Jewel Box to unlock the next gem. Unlocking the next gem will allow you to purchase new items in the Marketplace.


Kindly refer to the Plant Journal, found on the lower left of the screen, to see the plant's sun and water requirements. Each plant is different and needs specific care. Give them perfect health for three (3) days and they should start growing.


The "Dose X plants with sun" and "Water X Plants" missions should count for any plant that hasn't been given sun or water before. Buying a new plant from the Marketplace and giving it sun or water should count towards the mission.


To share your screenshot, open your Plant Book > Photos. Then tap the Photo you want to share then tap the Share button (Blue button with 3 circles).


You can use the Front and Back menus to arrange your items. Just tap the item you want to arrange, then tap Front or Back.


To change your plant's name, tap the Plant, then tap Care. On the Plant Journal in the lower left corner, tap the Pencil.


Oli will take care of your plants while you're away! Take a rest for as long as you need for 10,000 Gold per room. A confirmation message will pop-up when you want to come back to your Window Garden. You won't lose your streak and your plants will have a perfect health.

  • Plants can also die in Inventory.
  • Use the Steel Pipe to hang your Pots.
  • Lamps and Lights turn on at night.
  • Photobook can only contain 20 pictures.
  • Tap the Calendar to see the Weather Forecast.
  • Open the windows on a Clear day to let the Sun in!
  • Rain and Snow weather brings Water for your plants!
  • Faucets can be useful in taking care of plants.
  • Long tap Watering Can to pour water to your plants.
  • Drag Sun to Sun Patches to give sun to your plants.
  • Health Bar shows the overall health of the Plant.
  • Plant can be Parched, Happy, Healthy, Drowning.
  • Plant is Parched when you give less.
  • Plant is Drowning when you give too much.
  • Plant is Happy when you give just enough.
  • Plant is Healthy when you give perfect care!
  • Plant Journal contains your Plant information and needs.
  • Tap the Window Knobs to let the Sun in.
  • Frenzy Tip: Birds > Big Butterflies > Small Butterflies
  • Light Sensitive Mode: Turns off Lightning and Lamp flicker.
  • Low Motion Mode: Steadies emojis and spawns fewer birds and butterflies.
  • Steady Camera Mode: Locks Camera. Disables Zoom and Pan.
  • Full Screen Mode: Show the entire room in one view.
  • Standard Font Mode: Replace the pixelated font with standard font.
  • Finish all the missions to unlock the next Gem.
  • It takes 3 days to grow a Plant from Level 1 to Level 2.
  • It takes 5 days to grow a Plant from Level 2 to Level 3.
  • It takes 7 days to grow a Plant from Level 3 to Max Level.
  • Going away for a few days? Go to Settings > Go on Vacation
  • Ads not working? Go to Settings > Found a Bug > Ads > Consent
  • Seasons changes from Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter every month.
  • Daily Missions refresh at midnight.
  • Photos are not synced in the Cloud Save. Export your photos regularly.
  • A unique plant is any plant that has never been watered or given sun before.
  • Want to redecorate? Go to Keys > Cleanup Room
  • Want to rename your Plant? Go to Care > Plant > Pencil
  • To use a pot in a plant, tap the Plant, then tap Repot.
  • Catch birds and butterflies to activate Frenzy!
  • Golden Butterfly appears during Frenzy!
