My ads are not working. What should I do?

If your ads are not working could you please try the following steps:

  1. Kindly update your Window Garden to the latest version.
  2. Open Window Garden. A prompt will ask for Ads consent. Tap Consent.
  3. If there is no prompt, go to Settings > Found a Bug > GDPR > Consent.

You should receive a "Success!" message. If the ads still didn't work after giving consent, I'm afraid it's an issue with our third-party ad provider or your region. Please keep trying.

I got a new phone. How can I transfer my Window Garden data?

On your old phone, open Window Garden. In the Main Menu, tap Login. Use your Google account to login. After successfully logging in, save your data by going to >Settings > Cloud Sync. On your new phone, login using the same Goggle account. Wait for it to login and sync. This should get your data saved from the old phone.

I want to reset my Window Garden. What should I do?

From the app, go to Settings > Found a Bug > Reset Data. Be careful! This action cannot be undone.

My game is stuck on the Main Menu/Loading screen after an update. What should I do?

Please send a bug report from the app. From the Main Menu, tap the Build version > Found a Bug. If you are using Cloud Save, please try clearing the data/cache of Window Garden, then open it again. The app will try to fetch your last working save from the Cloud. If it still didn't work, I'm afraid your data might have been corrupted. Your data from the bug report will help us diagnose the problem.

I opened my game and it restarted my progress! I lost my garden, what should I do?

Please send a bug report from the app. Go to Settings > Found a Bug. If you are using Cloud Save, please try clearing the data/cache of Window Garden, then open it again. The app will try to fetch your last working save from the Cloud. If it still didn't work, I'm afraid your data might have been corrupted. Your data from the bug report will help us diagnose the problem.

How does the Sleep Timer work?

Sleep Timer automatically closes the app when the time you've set has finished. You can choose the weather, collect resources, or just chill with the music.

You can sleep, study or work while on Sleep Timer. It gives you Sleep Rewards when you log back in the game.

How can I unlock the other items?

Completing all the Missions in the Jewel Box will unlock the items and plants in the Marketplace.

When will my plants grow? And what will happen when my plants are fully grown?

Give your plants perfect health and they should start growing in 3 days! Fully grown plants will give you gold, which you can use to buy more plants or upgrade your house.

I overwatered my plant. How can I save it?

The plant should use up the excess water in a few days, depending on its watering frequency. Or you can choose Undo to reverse the overwatering instantly by watching an ad.

Can I unlock the other rooms without purchasing gold?

Of course! There are a lot of ways to earn gold in the game.

How does Vacation work?

Oli will take care of your plants while you're away! Take a rest for as long as you need for 1000 Gold per room. A confirmation prompt will pop-up when you want to come back to your Window Garden. You won't lose your streak and your plants will have a perfect health. Plants that need only one perfect health streak will level up when you come back.

I found a bug! Where should I report it?

If your concern is not addressed here, please send a bug report from the app. Go to Settings > Found a Bug. Chat with us in the Window Garden Discord Community.

Tips

  • Plants can also die in Inventory.
  • Use the Steel Pipe to hang your Pots.
  • Lamps and Lights turn on at night.
  • Toggle off the lightning and flashing lights in the Settings.
  • Photobook can only contain 20 pictures.
  • Tap the Calendar to see the Weather Forecast.
  • Open the windows on a Clear day to let the Sun in!
  • Rain and Snow weather brings Water for your plants!
  • Faucets can be useful in taking care of plants.
  • Long tap Watering Can to pour water to your plants.
  • Drag Sun to Sun Patches to give sun to your plants.
  • Health Bar shows the overall health of the Plant.
  • Plant can be Parched, Happy, Healthy, Drowning.
  • Plant is Parched when you give less.
  • Plant is Drowning when you give too much.
  • Plant is Happy when you give just enough.
  • Plant is Healthy when you give perfect care!
  • Plant Journal contains your Plant information and needs.
  • Tap the Window Knobs to let the Sun in.
  • Frenzy Tip: Birds > Big Butterflies > Small Butterflies
  • Light Sensitive Mode: Turns off Lightning and Lamp flicker.
  • Low Motion Mode: Steadies emojis and spawns fewer birds and butterflies.
  • Steady Camera Mode: Locks Camera. Disables Zoom and Pan.
  • Finish all the missions to unlock the next Gem.
  • It takes 3 days to grow a Plant to Level 2.
  • It takes 5 days to grow a Plant to Level 3.
  • It takes 7 days to grow a Plant to Max Level.
  • Going away for a few days? Go to Door > Go on Vacation
  • Ads not working? Go to Settings > Found a Bug > GDPR > Consent
  • Seasons changes from Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter every month.
  • Three (3) Daily Missions are renewed every day.
  • Photos are not synced in the Cloud Save. Export your photos regularly.
  • A unique plant is any plant that has never been watered or given sun before.
